Sr Brand Specialist As a Sr Brand Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive market growth. You will lead the development and implementation of initiatives to promote the Honeywell brand, including the evolution of brand message and identity.Your responsibilities will include working with communications, marketing, outside agency partners, and the various business groups at Honeywell to create initiatives that increase the value of the Honeywell brand and drive growth for the company. These programs will include digital, print, broadcast and customer experience efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's success. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve our brand's message and image, drive brand growth, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. With your strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, you will bring to life brand assets that drive growth and value.In this role, you will impact the company's brand strategy and success by:
Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive market growth
Leading the development and implementation of brand assets to support the strategic business groups’ marketing campaigns to promote products and services
Create brand messaging that bridges the master brand message to the specific business group message
Create digital, print and video brand content working with agency partners and internal teams
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new brand initiatives
Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to brand specialists and marketing teams
Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 8 years in brand management/marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong message development skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work on a global team
Experience in managing and leveraging digital marketing platforms
Experience working with external agencies
