Private Equity Internship - 3 Months, Remote, Unpaid

NYC-based private equity firm is looking for an intern to help find businesses to buy.

The firm is managed by Tim Salikhov who has spent over 15 years in investment banking and private equity at Morgan Stanley, Lazard, and American Express, leading acquisitions of multi-billion dollar companies.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with an experienced investor and gain a hands-on experience in buying a business. You will have full transparency into the process, including opportunities to attend all calls and meetings with owners, attorneys, and business brokers.

No prior experience is required besides a strong work ethic, desire to build a career in the most coveted financial industry, and commitment to 20-40 hours of work.

Successful candidates will receive career coaching, strong references, and potentially introductions to future employers.

Responsibilities:

Filter through databases of small businesses and identify 250 relevant targets per week.

Drive the outreach to business owners, communicating the value proposition of selling their business.
