Alder Terrace, LLC is a small, quiet mobile home park of 50 units located in Dundee, OR
The community manager will work to ensure that the property meets all ownership goals and objectives, enforce Bickmore Properties policies and procedures, and to adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times. A Community Manager is responsible for supervision of the property and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, maintain excellent curb appeal, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property, confirm timely compliance with all government and property program requirements, and complete all required paperwork and reports on time.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. This position requires a basic understanding of computer use and internet navigation skills.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, however this is a work from home position that will require a flexible schedule where work might be required on the weekends to address issues like water leaks, meeting with prospective tenants to show units, sign rental agreements, etc.
Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
