PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our property located in Spring, Texas. In this position, you will create leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. Will also provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has property management experience.

Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Negotiate lease contracts

Collect rent, utility, and other payments

Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance

Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)

Maintain and update property records

Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties

Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants

Must speak Spanish and English
