Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Linen Management: Replace and manage linens and towels, ensuring all bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
- Restocking: Replenish essential supplies such as toiletries and kitchen necessities.
- Inspection: Conduct inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair issues.
- Trash Management: Dispose of trash and recycling according to local guidelines.
- Special Requests: Address special cleaning or setup requests from the property manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and high standards.
- Reliability: Dependable with excellent time management skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
