Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workplace environment.
Skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Familiarity with phone systems and best practices in phone etiquette.
Experience in proofreading to ensure clarity and correctness in communications.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
