Experienced Maintenance Technician

We are a local Property Management firm seeking an experienced Onsite Maintenance Technician to oversee a 56-unit apartment building. The building is located in Seattle.

The following experience is preferred:

General plumbing experience.

Unit turns that include painting, general repairs and new appliance orders.

Experience scheduling and communicating with outside vendors.

Some electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.

Drywall and patching.

Ability to communicate and follow up with tenants.

Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up.

Excellent communication with supervisor. Ability to work as a team.

Monthly salary plus apartment/utilities.
