Office/ Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office/ Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center. You will play a critical part in ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
1. Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
2. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
3. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal workflow and accessibility.
4. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
1. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
