Admin/Secretary/Office Manager
We are a Construction Contracting business looking for a Office Manger to
Administrate and be proficient in the following platforms/task:
Pay Roll / Quickbooks- Pay Roll is for 5-10 Employees
Excel Spread Sheets- Needs to be proficient at creating Spread sheets and Baseline schedules within a professional reasonable time frame. (no you tubing to learn must already be proficient) at Excel/Google Drive etc. This is the most important prerequisite if you do not meet this please do not apply.
Acrobat Pro for work forms and templates.
Must be organized and pay close attention to details.
Must keep a clean organized calendar.
Some experience at Pay Apps 140/142 (Will teach if needed)
Keep Files organized and turn task around in a timely manner.
Clean Driving Record - Very Light driving required 1-2 times a month. (Gas paid)
Notary or willing to become a Notary.
Hours are from 8am - 4:30 (32 hrs to start)
