Experienced Turnkey Stairs Carpenter (Subcontractor)

Hughes Trim is looking for Experienced Quality Subcontractors for New Residential Construction of Stair Systems in Orlando, FL.

We have an immediate need for a Finish Stair installation crew:

This is for post-to-post type systems.

Oak treads / Open miter oak treads / Open rail.

We use Sure-Tight fasteners on all stair systems.

Prices vary on type of stair system:

· Oak rail systems with Iron Balusters $22.00

· Oak rail systems with Wood Balusters drilled bottom dowel $26.00

· Oak tread & riser (open miter skirt return one side) $30.00

· Oak tread & riser (open miter skirt return both sides) $45.00.

We have plenty of steady work and pay every week for the prior week.

Qualifications:

1. Workers compensation or exemption

2. Liability insurance / including additional insured endorsement

4. Dependable vehicle

5. Must have complete set of finish carpentry tools

6. Produce clean quality work

It is WEEKLY PAY by direct deposit.
