We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive strategic growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in management. This role requires the ability to manage diverse teams, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time during certain months of the year between two company locations in different states is required - certain weeks may require working more than five days.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

o Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

o Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

o Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies and goals.

o Identify market trends and opportunities for growth and expansion.

o Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to drive business objectives.

Financial Management:

o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

o Ensure financial health by monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

o Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management to maximize profitability.

Team Development:

o Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff to foster a high-performance culture.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

o Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.

Customer Focus:

o Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization.

o Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

o Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

o Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in management roles.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
