Contract Attorney Needed - Denham/Baton Rouge Area

Louisiana Licensed Attorney needed on 1099 basis to review and sign petitions, real estate/foreclosure related. Petitions are already prepared and just need reviewal/signature so they can be filed in their appropriate Parish. We have runners to do all the paperwork running and courthouse filing. Most will be uncontested. If the action becomes contested we can use you if comfortable or use a litigation attorney. We don't have any cases today so this is for anything that comes up in the near future. We are hoping for a per case fee for the original signing, and then an hourly rate for any litigation, if taken on. Please respond with expected pay and any thoughts you have on the arrangement. The more local you are to Denham Springs, the better.
