Description We are in search of a Contract Administrator I to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves managing customer correspondence, handling both commercial and military repair orders, and ensuring adherence to import and export compliance regulations. This job offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Manage customer interface and correspondence for both internal and external customers Handle commercial and military repair orders and related activities, including acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders Execute customer contractual requirements efficiently Process orders to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties Determine the validity of warranty claims Adhere to import and export compliance regulations Manage and execute customer contract requirements Conduct office functions related to customer service and invoice processing Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and specifications in all operations Administer claims and purchase orders as part of the role's responsibilities Train personnel on ASP - Active Server Page and other relevant skills. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service and Office Functions Demonstrated ability to provide Training and manage Invoice processes Proficiency in using 'About Time' software Strong skills in handling Correspondence and Claim Administration Familiarity with Financial Notes, Purchase Orders, and Supplier management Ability to understand and interpret Specifications and Compliance Functions Experience with Agreement drafting and dealing with External Customers Proficiency in providing Quotations and understanding Contractual obligations Knowledge of ASP - Active Server Page is essential Quoting skills are required Adherence to FAA regulations and compliance Familiarity with creating and managing Statement Of Work The role may require a drug test to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
