Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment, utilizing your skills in consultative selling, problem-solving, and technical savviness to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify the best product for the customers Show empathy and care when interacting with customers at all times Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Leverage available resources to determine necessary solutions or escalate issues as appropriate Communicate thoughts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Stay updated with common team and customer management programs such as Zendesk and Microsoft applications Contribute to and learn in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary Self-manage and collaborate effectively in a remote work setting Educate customers on key product information and assess their needs to identify the best product or solution Deliver clear communication related to company processes, service options, and warranty decisions Troubleshoot, analyze, and problem solve to address product service or warranty issues Perform data entry and maintenance tasks, including order entry, product registration, return processing, and other data Respond to customers in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service representative role Proficient in handling and answering inbound calls Experienced in call center customer service Able to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy Excellent email correspondence skills Skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in order entry processes Ability to schedule appointments efficiently Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft software Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Experience with Zendesk customer service software.
