Knowledge of CMMI, IEEE or other software development standards
Experience in customer support with strong conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of risk identification and risk management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a proficiency in MS Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work across multiple disciplines
Understanding of a development environment with defined processes.
Familiar with basic programming, object oriented concepts, database basics and SQL.
A high level of initiative with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
