The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.SummaryThe Graphic Designer works under direction to develop graphic brand campaigns/systems for live experiences, including events, environments, exhibits, and supporting presentations. They work within a multidisciplinary team to manifest the client's brand expression through two-dimensional design.This position will support our Design team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
For moderate-complexity projects, develops informed graphic design solutions, explores concepts to shape the overall design approach and articulates the brand campaign direction with direction provided by senior team members
Can self-direct and work independently on projects of low-complexity
Contributes to the graphic design quality, coherence to design intent, and commitment to project schedules
Translates approved design concepts into press-ready files for handoff to layout teams, often on multiple projects simultaneously
Internally presents concepts, manage revisions, and resubmits as needed in an iterative process
Efficiently manages workload to ensure quality and timely completion
General knowledge of software/tools: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Capacity to support a medium workload with a high quality output
Practical awareness to forecasting future workload
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
4-6 years relevant experience
