Made Possible.The Global Marketing Sr Analyst will be responsible for the development and creation of best in class digital and omnichannel demand generation and inbound and outbound marketing activities. This role requires a strong focus on digital marketing elements such as digital marketing strategy and the performance of campaigns against targets and objectives. We are therefore looking for candidates with excellent digital skills. These skills, coupled with the collection, mining, segmenting and synthesis, of critical market, category, and customer information will enable the delivery of provide data-driven insights and inform the development of superior marketing approaches. This position is responsible for developing the processes to use this data at scale and to segment it, enabling the development of targeted digital and omni-channel marketing campaigns. This role will also support the development and execution of best in class digital and omnichannel ABM initiatives with the intention of growing market share for GPI. This person will understand and align with GPI business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives as he/she executes their role.JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

Identifies, analyzes, and maintains global and customer market omnichannel data and intelligence to determine growth potential for packaging solutions with new and existing customers.

Provides in-depth analysis (market, economic trends, etc.) to support long-range business planning and new product development initiatives.

Develops and supports various digital and omnichannel ABM, inbound and out bound demand generation marketing activities

Develops and creates best in class digital and omnichannel demand generation marketing content and campaigns, with a focus on video

Builds expert presentations and communications tools to deliver and communicate this information and secure required resources.

Expert data miner from various digital (e.g. Google analytics) & market research sources (Euromonitor, Mintel, Technomics, etc.) other secondary research sources and critically internal data sources not least of all sales force, CRM etc

Manage and responds to research requests to assist with projects from marketing, business development and sales teams.

Main liaison with current market research providers and helps manage the relationships by evaluating new product solutions and future renewal processes.

Champion of SharePoint and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools for the marketing team.

Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of digital demand generation marketing experience, required

3+ years of experience in market research, data analysis and product marketing, preferred

3+ years of experience with a CPG, Beverage, or ECOM company, preferred.

3+ years of experience in marketing data solutions, including sales support and vendor management; preferred.

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Omnichannel Marketing, or Omnichannel Communications required; MBA preferred.

Demonstrated video and digital assets creation required

Demonstrated ability to utilize market intelligence and data from a variety of sources to identify market trends, understand implications and present them as business opportunities.

Proven record of digital demand generation

Ability to work with teams through complex projects; as working in team-based, cross-functional, and cross-business environments are essential for success in this role.

Proven project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on a continuous basis.

Highly developed analytical skills for extracting implications out of raw data and presenting clear and concise key findings to drive business impact.

Proven self-starter with strong results-oriented background requiring limited oversight.

Strong financial acumen and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Primarily PowerPoint & Excel) with aptitude for other software and/or technologiesto solve business problems.

Demonstrated experience with lead generation tools and integration with CRM systems with a working knowledge of other programs like: Pardot, Salesforce.com, SAP, and other BI databases.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization.

Execution of Global Account Based Marketing and sales enablement tactics such as conception, creation and delivery of the content such as customized newsletters, emails, decks, training sessions, and others.

SCHEDULE DEMANDS:

General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.

10-15% overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.

Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.

Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.

Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
