Deliver excellence in patient care through assessing formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes.

Read analyze and interpret hospital policies and procedures professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations.

Write reports and procedures and document in the medical record.

Effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers managers patients physicians family members and the general public.

Calculate figures and amounts such as weights dosages flow rates proportions percentages and volume.

Apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations. Define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Critically think and problem solve.

QualificationsThis application process opens 11/4/2024 and closes 12/16/2024 at 8am. Please make sure to have all your documentation ready to submit when you start your application, you will not be considered in process until all your documents are included.Minimum:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;

0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience

Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state

BLS certification - American Heart Association

2 Letters of recommendation

Unofficial Transcripts with GPA

Additional certifications may be required based on population(s) served and services provided Required Minimum Knowledge Skills Abilities and Training

Must be able to complete entire program with a perfect attendance record

Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing first 12 weeks

Must be able to work and train on either night or day shifts including holidays

Must agree to terms and conditions of the program

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

AHA ACLS
