Job Opportunity: Handy man/driver

We are a property maintenance company looking for a reliable worker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Clean outs and construction trash pickup

Light household repairs (e.g., painting, plumbing, flooring)

Occasional appliance delivery

Occasional demolition work

Drive a pickup truck with a trailer

Operate a small dump trailer

Drive the truck to the dump and unload the trash

Scale in and out, fill out proper paperwork at the dump

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Own vehicle (for commuting to work and sometimes to different projects)

Basic handyman skills

Must have common tools (hammer, knife, screwdrivers, screw guns)

Provided:

Truck, trailer, and specialty tools
