Customer Service Rep

Creating new team of CSRs serving Internet Service Providers. Inbound and outbound customer relations work, including bill inquiries, construction, scheduling; mostly CSR work, some lead gen.

Ideal candidate will have:

- A proven record of success in customer service

- 2+ years of experience in the call center industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Internet service pricing or able to learn

- A customer-service-focused mindset

This position requires on-site attendance. Boomers, retirees, and especially veterans welcome!
