RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Well established Design/Build firm is seeking a Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects ranging from $200K-$500K in size from start to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and Co-ordinate Sub-Contractors

Direct and Lead foremen and carpenters

Maintain required project documents

Ensure project deadlines and costs are met

Serve as a liaison between clients and designers

Administer company standards & construction methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication skills are a must

5+ years of experience in Residential Construction and Carpentry is required

Extensive knowledge in Wood Frame Construction , Additions, Kitchens & Baths

Strong construction management skills

Deadline and detail oriented
