FlatRate Moving® is seeking an experienced and detail orientated Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse / Materials Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct and document all material/warehouse inspections
Efficiently utilize warehouse space, overseeing all pick up and storage deliveries and ensuring that company objectives are met
Review jobs prior to dispatching to ensure that materials match drivers assignments
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain health, safety and security standards in the warehouse and overall work environment
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Must have previous experience in a large warehouse environment
Computer literacy a must
Ability to think outside the box and problem solving
Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Shall be able to exhibit physical competency in handling light lifting and other strenuous activities associated with this position
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual- Spanish is a plus!)
Flexible working schedule
Night and weekend shifts are a MUST
High School Diploma
Compensation:
Hourly Rate plus Health, Dental and Vision Coverage
