Shiraz Kitchen & Wine Bar - Now Hiring Experienced Servers! Are you passionate about hospitality? Do you thrive in a vibrant, fine-dining environment? Join our Shiraz Kitchen team, where every guest experience is crafted with care and professionalism. Position: ServerAvailability: Part-time & Full-timePay: $10.65 per hour, plus tips About the Role: We seek dedicated hospitality professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, or equivalent venues. Servers are essential to our guests’ experience, from warm greetings to ensuring satisfaction through attentive service and menu expertise. Your role will include: Guiding guests through our menu, offering expert advice on dishes, ingredients, and off-menu items Taking and inputting orders with precision in our POS system Delivering food and maintaining tables throughout the dining experience Submitting accurate cash/tip reports and contributing to the tip pool as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced restaurant experience A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A friendly attitude and genuine passion for exceptional guest service Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts (day and evening) Why Work With Us?
