Full Time- General Maintenance Technician

A Rhode Island property management company based in Providence, RI has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance position. We own and manage residential multi-family properties located throughout the Greater Providence Area and have been in business for 40+years.

Job Responsibilities:

General Maintenance / Handyman Work for Residential Apartment Buildings

Basic Carpentry, Plumbing, Heating and Electrical.

Required hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

Alternating “on-call” coverage; evenings and weekends. Very few after hour calls.

Qualifications:

Valid RI Driver’s License.

Pass background criminal check.

Van preferred.

Compensation:

Up to $25.00 Per Hour Based on Experience.
