Youth Outpatient Clinician - LICSW or LMHC
Independent Licensure Required
Come work for Riverside in our Behavioral Health Services division! In this vital role, the Youth Outpatient Clinician will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for adolescents.
In addition, the Clinician will:
conduct diagnostic evaluations as needed
develop service plans with consumer, including periodic reviews of treatment plan
provide clinical interventions based on developed treatment plans
opportunity to provide clinical supervision for non-licensed clinicians and/or clinical interns as assigned by the Program Director
Pay: $64,890.17/salaried
Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week with a flexible hybrid model

Required Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing
Required Experience
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling, Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW
Must be licensed at the independent level of licensure for the discipline, specific to the clinician’s training and expertise.
Two years outpatient experience preferred
Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified
Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
