We are hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Community Outreach Coordinators (COC) to join our growing team! Our team works with clients and their families in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan area as well as surrounding counties. Non-Certified Caregivers are also welcome, we provide all necessary training!

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test: 2 step PPD, Quantiferon or Chest XRay

Must pass a national criminal background check, State of PA and Childline Background.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

Provide personal care as specified by the written care plan and all activities of daily living (ADL’s)

Provide companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping duties

Prepare and serve meals as requested.

Accompany client on walks, doctor’s visits, and other errands
