As we expand our services to include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), we’re looking for a personable, reliable individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Specialist & TMS Support. What You’ll Do:

Serve as a warm, consistent point of contact for TMS patients, guiding them through their treatment experience with empathy and understanding.

Build trust with patients by providing a welcoming, supportive, and informed experience at every interaction.

Reach out to current and past patients for feedback and reviews, helping to enhance our practice’s reputation.

Work closely with our team to implement patient engagement and marketing strategies.

Receive on-the-job training in TMS support, with a focus on creating a comfortable, patient-centered environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A “people person” who is warm, patient, and comfortable building positive relationships.

Excellent communication skills with a professional and compassionate approach to patient outreach.

Eager to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Organized, proactive, and able to follow through independently on tasks.

No prior TMS experience required—training and certification provided.

Education: Minimum high school diploma or higher

Hours and Pay:

Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Pay: $12/hour starting with room to grow
