New Construction Detailer (N. Snohomish County / Skagit County)

We are seeking a reliable individual to detail new construction homes and perform general construction tasks.

You will be completing punch lists provided by the superintendent which includes small drywall repairs, touch up paint, adjusting cabinet doors, adjusting main doors & closet doors, caulking, fixing floor squeaks, etc. You will be detailing the home to prepare it for the home buyer. If you have experience in remodeling then you might be the person we are looking for!

You must be a self starter and be able to work on your own and complete tasks in a timely manner, have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

We are looking for someone who lives in north Snohomish County or Skagit County as we are starting work in Burlington.
