Rogers Burgers is now interviewing candidates for Assistant Manager for the location in Hayden on Hess St and the location in Cda at Government Way.
We are actively interviewing positive, energetic, self-driven restaurant professionals ready to take the next step in their career. Some experience is required but the right attitude and a strong work ethic is critical to your success. Leadership training will be provided, and ongoing personal development is expected and required. The assistant manager position is the next step to develop into our manager position.
Minimum 2 years relative experience preferred
Position requirements;
Must be 19 or older to qualify for the Supervisor Position
Passion for customer service
Accurate Cash handling skills
Efficient Cooking skills
Supervision/Leadership skills
Able to work up to 12 hours (most shifts 8 hours)
Remain calm under pressure
Able to multitask
Desire to develop in the company
Passion to teach and develop
Personal Pride in performance
Assistant manager reports directly to manager.
Supervising up to 10 employees in a shift.
