About the JobThe Partner Product Marketing team plays a vital role in shaping the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for partner marketing. By collaborating closely with Business Units, Partner Sales, Enablement, and Partner Marketing teams, we align to ensure strategic objectives are met. Guided by solution priorities, we develop differentiated joint partner value messaging, positioning, and content to fuel marketing campaigns, sales plays, and enablement efforts. Our primary deliverables are market-facing content highlighting partner solutions' value, and supporting Red Hat’s field teams and partner marketers. We also engage in some work that drives partner engagement through targeted “for partner” initiatives.As the Partner Product Marketing Manager for AI, you’ll support Red Hat’s cross-portfolio AI initiative, delivering value messaging through Red Hat’s Partner Ecosystem. Red Hat AI offers generative and predictive AI capabilities with MLOps support, enabling the creation of scalable, flexible, and trusted AI solutions across hybrid cloud environments. Rooted in open source innovation and supported by a robust partner ecosystem, Red Hat AI empowers organizations to confidently accelerate AI adoption.What You'll Do
Lead with a customer-first, partner-always mindset, ensuring all GTM efforts focus on customer challenges and priorities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and position priority workloads and AI use cases, aligned with corporate portfolio themes such as Infrastructure, Automation, and Application Development
Develop concise and compelling partner value messaging for AI solutions that highlight key attributes, use cases, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, driving customer impact and pipeline growth
Work with strategic AI partners, such as Hardware vendors, ISVs, IHVs, Cloud providers, Global/Regional SIs, and Red Hat’s Partner Ecosystem teams to align messaging and create materials that can be leveraged for demand generation, sales, and enablement
Conduct research and gather insights on partner personas to inform messaging strategies
Support enablement efforts for Red Hat sellers and channel partners, ensuring alignment with the partner ecosystem
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in product/solutions marketing or a similar role within a partner ecosystem, with the ability to translate technical content into compelling customer stories
2+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally within AI, cloud computing, infrastructure software, application development, or automation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of the enterprise software market, including key players, trends, and technology directions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technology concepts
Strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a complex environment
Proven success in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts
Charismatic presenter, comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment
Understanding of open source software
Metrics-focused, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results on time
Willingness to travel and based in the Raleigh area
The salary range for this position is $74,900.00 - $119,830.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay TransparencyRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
