The Team You’ll Work With …

As the Tile Setter Assistant you will work directly with our talented Installation Team to support all installation activities. The Tile Setter Assistant will assist the installers from backerboards, layout, setting, grouting and sealing. This role reports to the Director of Installation and is located in LA / Orange County and project sites. Our culture thrives on professional development, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the organization. This is an hourly position at $18- $22 dollars hourly.

About You …

1 year of construction experience needed

Tile experience preferred

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Proficiency in using power and hand tools for tile cutting and shaping

Knowledge of using straight edges, levels, and squares for precise tile alignment

Experience with waterproofing, membrane installation, and other surface preparation techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to highest quality standards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivery outstanding customer service
