As an In-Office Appointment Confirmer, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. You will be responsible for confirming appointments with potential clients and ensuring they are properly scheduled with our sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm appointments with potential clients via phone and email
Ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded in our scheduling system
Communicate effectively with sales representatives to coordinate appointment schedules
Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients
Meet daily and weekly appointment confirmation targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software
High school diploma or equivalent
