Facility Manager Position

Full Time Facility Manager to inspect properties and complete inspection reports. Working with vendors, and tenants to schedule work and over seeing the work. Knowing how to budget and working with excel. Have some construction knowledge is helpful and understanding budgets. We have an opening in an exciting Real Estate office. Computer skills are a must, excel, emails, and App Folio.
