Customer Care Representative
● Pay: $17.50 an hour up to $27.50 with performance incentives
● Full-Time (40hrs), Monday – Saturday
● Additional Hours and Overtime may be available
● Location: Carlsbad
Primary Purpose:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Garage Door company.
Inbound calls to assist customers with their needs. Come join our Sales Team.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

REQUIRED: Previous Call Center Experience
● Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong keyboard skills.
● Strong active listening skills.
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Able to work independently.
● CRM experience is a huge plus
● High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge:
REQUIRED: Previous Call Center Experience
● Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
● Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
● Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required.
● Be able to type 40 WPM
Working Conditions:
● Must be able to work in an office environment.
● Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
● The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
● Must pass Drug test, Background check.
