We are a large, family owned, full service electrical contractor with almost 50 years of experience serving Central and Southern California.

We'd like to expand our team, and are searching for both Journeymen, Trainee, and Apprentice Electricians. All of our Journeymen and Trainee's are required to hold a CA DIR card and all Apprentices must be enrolled in a apprenticeship program. We do sponsor interested and motivated employees in the WECA apprenticeship program, which has afforded many employees the opportunity to learn an in-demand trade and build a career debt free.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 4+ years’ experience as a residential, commercial and industrial electrician (Journeyman)
2. California State Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Trainee Card) Enrollment in Electrical Trainee program or apprenticeship- REQUIRED
3. Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
4. Reliable transportation
5. Good attendance and punctuality required
6. Must be self-motivated and willing to work from descriptions and blue prints
7. Experience and proficiency running electrical conduit with precision expertise
8. Must have layout capabilities
9. Must have a good attitude and be willing to work with other craftsmen
10. Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand
11. Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Oversee, perform and direct electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment, while following customer policies, procedures, safety rules and federal and state laws.
2. Must be able to wire, terminate and understand electrical drawings and work independently or as an integrated team to complete complex critical electrical tie-ins and outages.
3. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
4. Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
5. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
6. Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time determined by Project Supervisor.
7. Participate in and provide support for team initiatives in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
8. Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards at all times.
9. Performs other duties as assigned
