Snow Removal- Sidewalk Foreman and Crew Members

Ace Outdoor Services, a leading provider of outdoor maintenance solutions, is seeking experienced Snow Plow/Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' properties are safe and accessible during the winter months. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

Drive truck and trailer to transport equipment to and from job sites

Experience driving a plow truck is a bonus

Clear sidewalks of snow using snow shovels, snow blowers, tractors, ATVs, and other mechanized snow removal equipment.

Apply de-icing chemicals and bulk salt applications

Clean and load up trucks

Load up materials

Qualifications:

Reliable, flexible, and responsive to service calls

Demonstrated ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people, particularly seniors and persons with disabilities

Experience with snow removal and salting for both residential and commercial accounts

Awareness of and ability to follow safety guidelines while shoveling or plowing snow

Physically able to shovel snow for several houses continuously, in possibly severe weather

Access to full winter apparel such as coat, boots, gloves, and hat to work outdoors in winter weather

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour.bonus available
