Our Full-Time Engagements Professionals practice (also known as F-TEP) is our premium "loan staff" division where we hire and retain Analyst and Finance talent to our firm, then deploy them to our client's most important projects.We are augmenting our practice and are keen to hire Senior Analysts.We are pursuing individuals that have experience in: Performing financial analysis and preparing performance reports Maintaining comprehensive data sets in order to derive business insights Reviewing financial data and preparing detailed analytical reports Performing data analysis and reconciliation, including validation of financial information Producing monthly, quarterly and yearly report summaries Preparing business and financial plans Assisting in budgeting and/or financial projections Tax return analysis (sales, state, property, excise, payroll, corporate or partnership) Audit preparation and support Variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Assisting with budgeting procedures and preparing budget variance analysis Evaluating internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas Audit supportBelow is more information about the opening with Robert Half as well as the skills and experience required. As an employee of our practice, you will assist in outlining, planning and executing a variety of Analyst & Finance projects/engagements. Your engagements will range from interim roles, doing financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, to implementing process improvements and solving our clients' business challenges.As a staff member, you will engage in practice activities that include professional networking events and assisting our business development team in identifying industry trends and new business opportunities with your assigned clients.Additional compensation will be provided for assistance in developing successful new business for Robert Half's Full-Time Contract team. Our team members need to be adept not only in technical analysis, but also in client relationships and project management!Requirements Qualifications we are pursuing include: In-depth understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and presentation Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization as they can be highly visible and interact daily with executive management, project team leaders, sales managers, and financial professionals. Ad-hoc reporting and variance analysisAdditional skills that we find attractive include: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field A minimum of 3 years’ industry experience Experience working with at least 1-2 financial analysis & finance ERP systems, preferred but not required Understanding of Microsoft Excel, pivots & look ups a must; macros and financial modeling, preferred but not mandatory Strong analytical and statistical knowledge Advanced technology and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs Capacity to balance multiple tasks in a fast-evolving atmosphere Excellent written and oral communication skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
