Accounts Receivable Analyst
Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in the real estate property/facilities management industry, based in San Francisco, California. This role involves managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Process and manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to streamline tasks Employ CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage customer relationships and business resources Implement ERP Solutions to enhance enterprise-wide processes Execute accounting functions and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Handle billing functions and oversee cash activity Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems is required. Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is beneficial. Ability to work with various ERP Solutions is necessary. Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial. Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed. Expertise in Billing Functions is essential. Ability to monitor and report on Cash Activity is a key requirement.
