About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant to join the Home Lending Data & Insights Product Team supporting Capital Markets Data Product. This team is part of the Home Lending Transformation group which is responsible for managing and delivering on Home Lending’s key Strategic Initiatives.Under the guidance of the Data & Insights Capital Markets Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role leading agile Scrum teams toward the realization of new data solutions. This role will collaborate with talented and dynamic data product delivery teams in close partnership with partners in Technology, Product, and Reporting.Your contributions will be key to our overarching goal of supporting Home Lending business strategy to simplify the data landscape by enabling simplification of data strategies across Home Lending products, drive clear ownership and accountability for all data products, lower cost and time to market.In this role, you will:
Provide leadership of Data & Insights transformation journey for Home Lending Data through partnership with Product and Technology
Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables that drive the enablement of data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
May act as a delegate for Product Manager in investigating, creating and presenting Epic
Creates and prioritizes Features by supporting the Product Manager and Product Area Business Lead on the creation, validation and monitoring of Success Measures
Continuously Refining Features to L1 Handoff (Ready for Stories)
Assists with completing Feature Peer Reviews through Indigo, as applicable
Leading Product Area Feature Reviews on behalf of Product Manager
Ensuring Home Lending Change Management procedure adherence
May assist in scheduling and facilitating PI Planning ceremonies
Reviews intake and helps prepare for intake meetings
Monitors JIRA standards adherence reporting at the Feature/Epic level and ensures good hygiene
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to communicate strategies and trade-offs to multiple levels of stakeholders, across vital functional groups, and within development teams
Experience defining product KPIs and success metrics
Expertise establishing and developing strong working relationships with all levels of associates and external parties, while maintaining appropriate levels of objectivity to their work
Experience delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to present sophisticated ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
4+ years of Agile Experience

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
