We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for quality production, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Mix and weigh raw materials accurately to create high-quality products.

Transport materials (up to 70 pounds) safely and efficiently.

Work with both solid and liquid materials, including pumping, mixing, dumping, and scooping into packaging.

Read and understand run sheets to ensure adherence to production specifications.

Label packages and tubes correctly to maintain product integrity.

Organize and place materials on shelves; assist with light receiving tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean working space and warehouse; take out trash as necessary.

Clean pales and other production equipment to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a production environment is essential; batching experience is a plus.

Ability to lift 50-70 pounds comfortably.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Experience with measuring tools is ideal.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently.

Productive work ethic to maintain efficiency throughout the workday.
