I am a growing company in the Greenville SC area. I am looking for someone to grow with. Ideally someone Competent and has a drive and a strong will to learn and grow with the company. A skilled craftsman with knowledge and understand of the trade on your team is great but someone teachable and reliable is ever better. Home maintenance repairs and upgrades is primarily what I do. There is never a dull moment in the kind of work that I do. Most importantly I need someone that is ok with a 1099 on payroll. 20.00/HR is the starting pay rate and starting part time. Increases will determine skill level and reliability. Below I will list some of the tasks and scope of work that is involved in this Trade.

Painting interior/exterior

Millwork interior/exterior

Carpentry interior/exterior

Drywall

Electrical

Plumbing

Concrete / walkways small pads / driveway ext

Assembly

Roof and Gutter repairs

Door and Window repairs/new install

landscaping / trim work Hedges and small trees

Any other skills you may have will be valued
