Personal and Executive Assistant

We are seeking a digitally savvy, proactive, and highly organized assistant to support both personal and executive functions in a family-run real estate business based in Park City, Utah. Working closely with two other team members at our Kiln office in Kimball Junction, you will handle a diverse range of personal and professional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Personal Support

Run errands, including light shopping, mailing, and returning packages.

Keep groceries and general supplies stocked; shop or order as needed.

Coordinate small gatherings, including scheduling caterers, decorators, and vendors.

Manage home-related appointments and maintenance schedules for both home and vehicles.

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support owner, including managing schedules, meetings, reading and responding to emails and travel arrangements.

Support daily operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.

Edit and proof documents; maintain and organize files and archives.

Track project timelines and manage related tasks.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced skills in MS Office and calendaring in Outlook; proficiency in Google Workspace is also a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Dependable, with a high level of work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

Must have a valid Utah driver’s license and access to a car.

Based in the Salt Lake/Park City area; willing to undergo a background check.

What We Offer:

Flexible working hours in Park City. This is not a remote job.

20+ per hour depending on skills and experience
