Locally owned Arctic Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate would be experienced and competent in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, dispatching, bookkeeping and accounting, and overall ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a high-energy, fast paced environment, and the right candidate would need to be able to multitask while sharing duties with other office personnel.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions

- PROFICIENCY IN QUICKBOOKS-A/R, A/P, PAYROLL, INVOICING A MUST. (3 YEARS + REQUIRED)

- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and employees

- Ability to multitask

- Strong cooperative skills with the ability to work effectively with teams
