HVAC/R Techs Commercial Restaurant Equip

So I constantly need to hire more techs to repair HVAC/R and restaurant cooking equipment. I could hire 10 if I could find them right now.

If you have this skill and you're an expert or at least extremely good then let's take a look at some possible pay scales.

Phase one: Starting pay could be hourly between $30.00 and $50.00 per hour with a raise every month pending performance over those 30 days.

Phase two: Is a performance pay raise to a weekly check of not less than $2,000.00 per week.

Phase three: Is your weekly paycheck of 2K and 10% of all profit from you 1st trainee.

Phase four: Is your weekly salary and 10% of the profit of 5 new techs that have been assigned to you.

Phase five: Is a weekly paycheck of $5,000.00

You should be able to go to phase five between 2 and 3 years.
