Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator
A growing company is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator. This individual will manage the reception area, take care of miscellaneous office errands, and assist other departments when needed.
Graphic design skills a plus but not required!
Must Have:
- Experience as a receptionist or an administrative assistant
- Impeccable customer service skills in an office setting
- Exhibit working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Good memory skills and must be detail-oriented
General receptionist duties may include answering phones, distributing faxes, bank runs, transferring calls, directing clients, scheduling meetings, mail distribution, upkeep of the reception area, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
