Word Processor/Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants has an immediate opening for a Word Processor/Administrative Assistant in our Tucson, Arizona office. The successful candidate would be required to type and format technical reports, proposals, letters and other correspondence; compiling data in spreadsheets; performing special projects as requested. Other duties include copying, binding, incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate should be highly detailed-oriented, well organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment working closely with technical staff to provide assistance editing and quality control of technical reports, and other special projects.
Required Skills:
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook). Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, good computer and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member. Must have a current valid driver’s license.
Desired Skills:
Experience with geotechnical and environmental consulting firm performing duties similar to those described above.
