Office Assistant / Accounting (Experienced) - Part-Time (Salinas)

Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Part-time

Position Title: Office Assistant - Accounts Receivables/Collections

Position Overview:

Alvarez Plumbing is seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our busy team. This part-time role focuses on accounts receivables within a fast-paced office environment. The position is available immediately.

Requirements:

Language Skills: English required; Spanish a plus.

Professional Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, attention to detail, organization, motivation, honesty, and professional presentation.

Duties Include:

Managing job invoicing and collections

Answering and making calls

Scheduling appointments as needed

Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

No prior plumbing knowledge is necessary.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Experience Required:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Accounts receivables, collections

General administrative skills
