Warehouse Associate - Full-Time (San Diego, CA)
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Warehouse Clerk to join our team in San Diego. This role is key to ensuring accurate and efficient inventory handling, cycle counting, and safe movement of goods within our facility. You'll help package customer orders, manage inventory transactions, and assist with maintaining our inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive and label materials in the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring all production, RMA, and departmental orders are accurately tracked.
- Transport and put away received inventory in its designated location.
- Support production and RMA work orders, including physical and system-based inventory moves.
- Perform cycle counting, reconciliation, and re-counting as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Package production, RMA, and marketing items for shipment according to work instructions.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience, including knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Detail-oriented and motivated to support inventory control.
- Able to work independently, with moderate guidance as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Forklift certification is a plus!
- Must pass background check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime available during peak season
