Delivery Driver

We are looking for a delivery truck driver with regular Class C license to drive a 22’ flatbed truck. The loads will be mixed steel parts. Routes will be mostly in San Diego County, with occasional runs to Orange, LA, or Riverside Counties, etc…

Requirements:

Some prior experience

Ability to tie down complex loads

Speak English (Spanish not required, but is a bonus)

Read and write fluent English

Be able to lift heavy objects

Be flexible in job requirements

Be punctual

Be reliable

Be trustworthy

Drug test and pre-employment physical must be passed.

Pick-up and delivery driving is not full-time, so when there are no loads to run, the job will require other tasks such as helping in the production shop, helping with facility repairs and other tasks on-site. Mechanical skills are a plus.

Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm. Some OT. Pay rate is $19.00/hr. Health insurance is paid 75% by the company, quarterly safety bonus, plus Paid Time Off accrual.
