SOUS CHEF needed to join Chef Michael Maydeck at OCK - Michelin Bib

We are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. That means a great meal at a reasonable price point Orchard City Kitchen is seeking a talented professional Sous Chef to lead our kitchen staff at our award-winning restaurant. We are a fast paced, high energy restaurant that features new American cuisine served in small plate / sharing environment. We have a great management team and a fantastic kitchen crew led by Chef Michael Maydeck. We are owned by Chef Jeffrey Stout, a former Michelin Starred Chef. If you’ve worked in restaurants that are serious about putting out great quality, creative food, this could be for you. You will find our environment supportive and professional. Our menu is hyper-seasonal, meaning it changes almost every day with items coming on and off. We want great people with great attitudes. Your duties will include expediting, hiring and discipline, leading thru example, butchery, filing invoices and maintaining safety standards.
